||
Dear Members,
Do you want to learn more about how the Met is cracking down on crime in Wandsworth? Do you want to tell us what our priorities should be in your local neighbourhood or what you think about our current performance? Come along to our Community Crime Fighting Event on 14th October to hear from officers and PCSOs who work across your borough and have your say about how we police your area.
When: 6pm on Tuesday 14th October Where: The Arding & Hobbs Rooms, 7 St John's Rd, London SW11 1QN How to register: Simply click on Community Crime-Fighting: Wandsworth Tickets, Tue, Oct 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM | Eventbrite to register and receive more details
At the event, you’ll find out more about the work that we’ve been doing to tackle local crimefighting priorities including shoplifting and phone theft, knife crime and violence against women and girls. You’ll also hear about our plans for the future as the Met publishes the second phase of its New Met for London plan, focusing on community crime fighting, culture change and fixing our foundations. Complementary food and drink will also be served.
I have attached a PDF and JPG file for your reference which contains the event link within. Please can you share these for me with friends and on local groups.
We really hope to meet you in person next week. Please invite your local friends and neighbours too – anyone who lives or works in Wandsworth is very welcome.
Warmest regards
Gani
